1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using OpsLix ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Description of service
OpsLix is a multi-tenant cloud platform that automates Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Human Resource Management (HRM) operations. The Platform provides workspaces for HSE Operations, Workforce, Field, Client Portal, and Admin functions, including incident reporting, risk assessment, audits, employee records, attendance, payroll, training, compliance, and analytics across these domains.
2.1 Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure (Render, Neon, Cloudflare).
2.2 Industry coverage
OpsLix is designed for organisations of any size, industry, or geography — including manufacturing, production, construction, oil & gas, power, mining, logistics, healthcare, and any other industry where HSE and HRM operations need to run as disciplined, auditable, connected functions.
3. Account and access
Each tenant account is isolated. Users may only access data belonging to their tenant organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
3.1 Platform administrator access
OpsLix platform administrators cannot access your tenant data by default. Access requires your explicit approval through the Access Request system. Every access session is time-limited, logged, and visible to your Tenant Admin.
3.2 Step-up authentication
Sensitive workspaces (Workforce, Admin) and sensitive sections (incident investigations, audit findings, payroll) require identity re-verification. This is enforced regardless of role and applies to all users.
3.3 Client and Auditor portal access
You may grant read-only access to external auditors or clients through the Client Portal workspace. This access is filtered strictly to the projects or sites you specify and cannot be used to modify data.
4. Data ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input into OpsLix, including HSE records (incidents, NCRs, hazards, audits, permits), HR records (employees, attendance, payroll, training), user profiles, and uploaded documents. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
On termination of your account, you may request a full data export within 30 days. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required for legal or regulatory compliance.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent records (HSE, HR, or otherwise)
- Attempt to access other tenants' data
- Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Platform
- Use the Platform in a manner that violates applicable law
- Process personal data without a lawful basis under your applicable privacy laws
6. Subscription and payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Pricing is published at safetyproworld.com/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
7. Limitation of liability
OpsLix is a software tool to support HSE and HRM operations. We are not liable for any incident, injury, regulatory breach, employment dispute, payroll error, or compliance failure that occurs regardless of Platform use. The Platform does not replace qualified HSE professionals, HR practitioners, payroll specialists, or legal compliance advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to OpsLix in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India. For tenants in the EU, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, USA, Singapore, or other jurisdictions, local data protection and consumer laws also apply as specified in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Tenant Admins at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
